What this platform is

Metatopics is a reading platform, not a marketplace. It publishes explanatory articles about how distributed ledger technology is built and how it behaves, across the whole subject rather than a single corner of it. It exists to make one subject legible: how distributed ledgers are built, what they guarantee, and what they leave to the people using them.

Articles are written in English for readers in Japan, where blockchain vocabulary is often encountered first in translation and then in technical documentation. Explanations therefore start from the underlying mechanism rather than from assumed familiarity.

The commercial purpose is straightforward. Metatopics Digital Publishing Limited Company publishes here to build recognition for its own name and to grow a readership that returns. Nothing on the platform is sold to readers, and there is nothing to sign up for.

How articles are made

Every article is written by a named author, dated on publication, dated again whenever it is revised, and corrected in place when an error is found. Corrections are described in the article itself rather than made silently. A single named author researches, drafts and edits each piece, and the author is identified on every article rather than hidden behind a house byline.

• Every claim is checked against primary technical specifications and reference implementations before publication.
• Publication and revision dates appear on the article itself, so a reader can see how old the explanation is.
• When something is wrong, the article is corrected in place and the correction is described inside it. Errors are not removed quietly.
• Where a mechanism is genuinely disputed or unresolved, the article says so instead of choosing a side for the reader.

Metatopics is published solely by Metatopics Digital Publishing Limited Company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any other company, institution, protocol, foundation, product or organisation. Product and organisation names that appear in articles are used descriptively for identification only, and belong to their respective owners.

No organisation outside Metatopics Digital Publishing Limited Company reviews articles before publication, suggests topics, or has any right of reply built into the editorial process.

Advertising and revenue

The platform is funded entirely by sponsored advertising placements sold by Metatopics Digital Publishing Limited Company. Sponsors have no involvement in the selection, research, drafting or editing of articles, and no article is written, altered or withdrawn in exchange for payment. Any placement that appears on the platform is labelled so that it is distinguishable from editorial content.

Enquiries about advertising placement go to the same electronic mail address as everything else, and are handled by the company rather than by the editorial side of the platform.

What the platform does not do

There is no form anywhere on this site, no account to create, no newsletter, and no analytics or advertising measurement software of any kind. Nothing is collected from you beyond what a web server necessarily records in order to serve a page, which the Privacy Policy sets out in full.
