- Advertising placement. Enquiries about sponsored placements on the platform, handled by Metatopics Digital Publishing Limited Company rather than by the editorial side.
- Legal and data protection. Requests concerning personal data, or notices that need to reach the company formally.
What this address is not for
No assistance can be given with any third party product, account, wallet, exchange or transaction. Metatopics Digital Publishing Limited Company does not operate, host or recover anything of that kind, and will never ask you for a password, a private key or a recovery phrase. Nobody writing on behalf of this platform will ever contact you first to request them.

Formal notices may be sent to the registered office. Telephone enquiries are answered during working hours in Türkiye Time, Coordinated Universal Time plus three hours, which is six hours behind English-language readers in Japan, so electronic mail is usually quicker for correspondence across that gap.
